Nursing Staff: Disease process Management, medication management, wound cares, INR checks, diabetic foot care, and we provide more cares per orders and the client requests.
Therapies Staff: Provides professional care per the client conditions until the care recipients regain strength and independence.
Emmanuel Home Health Care offers a full range of 24 hour reliable, cost-effective, visiting nurse services for in-home skilled nursing care with a patient-centered approach for seniors and adults.
PCA Staff: Ensure the clients receive their medication on time, support clients with ambulation, help clients dress, bathe, cook meals according to the client’s needs, and help clients with their shopping. Provide emotional support, inform about uncommon events to RNs/ Clinical case manager and follows directions, act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
